Right. So, today's cooking venture is Stew. Mainly because I want to get rid of a few carrots and because we had the meat in the freezer. I'm using this recipe, with the exception of adding potatoes, and substituting flour instead of cornstarch. Oh, and dredging the meat in the flour before browning it. And using minced garlic, which is something I can't remove like a regular clove. Hopefully it turns out alright.
