That was odd...

Right. So, here's the recipe that I am using for the Meatloaf from now on.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Take 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

1 large egg

1/4 Cup chopped Onion

1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon ground sage, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (I used minced garlic because I was out of garlic powder) Not pictured: 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Mix all together and press into loaf pan. (If you look carefully, you can see the barbeque sauce that I poured on top and totally forgot to take a picture of) Bake for one hour.

Points are lost for presentation.

But it's meatloaf, so that's forgivable.
